Claim access to club admin

Hello, a friend of mine that manage a club (he does not speak english) tried to access the practiscore site to admin the competitions, etc. but he could not access. I noticed that the email of the admin for that club is from the old admin (he part ways with the club in not a friendly manner), is there a way for the legit actual admin of the Club to claim access?

Hello,
What I need is for someone within the club to email me directly. I need to know the name of the club. I need the owner of the club’s email. I need to know if there are other admins to the club. And then we can go forward from there. My direct email is
