When someone requests membership to our club through Practiscore, the club page displays “Already Member”.
I get a lot of confused emails about this. Based on my experience, what it should really say is:
“You have already requested membership to this club. Please allow 24-48 hours for the club to manually approve your request. Once approved, the payment link will be sent by email and will not be shown on this page. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email. If you still have not received the email after 24-48 hours, please contact the club directly using the contact information in the lower-left corner of this club page in order to have the payment link re-sent. Thank you!”
I know you are working on other priorities right now, just capturing it for “the list”. Thank you for your consideration.
