I want to create cards with a one time use code on them to give out to shooters that help the club that are not staff to bypass payment.
See someone going above and beyond, give them a card with a code, they enter it into preregistration and get a free match.
Is there any way you can clone matches and keep those codes where it will track which ones have been used?

The one time use codes are entered by you, into each match.
They are not directly transferable from match to match or integrated.
After thinking about it what you could do is this.
Create a bunch of codes to match your cards.
Insert those codes in an upcoming match. You would have to keep track of which codes are used then remove them from for list of codes to use in the next match.
Then repeat after each match.
The only downside it it will not work if you have multiple match registrations open at the same time as that code could be used on each one.
It’s going to take work on your end as the system is not designed to transfer codes from one match to another.
