I have a Match in my Dashboard that I didn’t attend to (looks like someone used my IPSC number?? Did he really or is this a bug?).
Can I somehow remove it from my Dashboard?
Can you tell us what match is showing up that you did not attend? Maybe share the link?

The match you are seeing has a shooter whose PRS member number is #13592 also. Not an IPSC number but a different shooting organization.
In your dashboard if you click the view all button you can just uncheck that you follow that match.

I have requested to be removed two times from an event (ORSA August 2024 NRL22 Match) that I inadvertently signed up for over a week ago and it’s still there and I think it’s causing me to not be able to Squad for the correct event since they are both at the same time. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

The system will not stop you from any admin actions in multiple events.
I’m just guessing here but if you are talking about the IDPA match you need to contact the Match Director. If you look at your match management page you will see that all the squads are full and there is no room for you to squad.
That is a Match Admin issue and is up to the MD to fix.
