Hello, Last year we started accepting annual membership payments and currently we have the year set to Dec 1 2025 to Nov 30 2026. For many users it allowed them to start paying 1 December. But many of our members don’t show a payment button or when they click on the pay button it states that nothing is due. And we have some members that will pay in person and there is no way to mark them as paid. Some folks have the icons to mark and paid or send reminders. They all did initially. But for the renewal it isn’t consistent. How can I get this corrected?
Please let me know
Thanks

Still looking for an answer to this problem as our memberhsip renewals have started and club elections are coming up. Can’t renew members and then they aren’t able to vote. I mean this is basic member management and it isn’t working.
@Joe_Smith
Effectively today is the first day back for all personnel over the last two weeks.
Your situation is on the list but the issues of making sure matches can be registered for, scores can be completed and results can be posted come first in the list.
I will make sure the web developers understand your situation and we will get to it hopefully in the next few days.

Any progress toward resolution?
Web team has nothing to look at.
This club does not have membership active as far as we can see.
and if it was there is nothing to troubleshoot at this point.
Couldn’t get it fixed in time for our club to hold it’s annual elections so we moved back to manual membership management and disable the membership features. If we can’t set the members as paid when they pay, or it show up correctly when they pay with stripe then that is useless and we couldn’t wait. So it was disabled. We moved to a paid membership program that integrates with our website. Would have much rather had the basic features in PS but when we reached out to other local clubs and they were having the same problem, and told like we were that this was not a priority and no idea when it would get addressed. We moved on.
