Allow individual bypass codes

It would be great if pre-registration codes could also be used as payment bypass codes for individuals after match reg opens. We require prepayment to register but that means we are refunding when staff signs up after the fact. If I can hand out a one time code to someone that is asking to staff after reg opens, that would be nice since it would prevent leaking of primary bypass

It’s nothing that we can necessarily implement immediately but I can put it on the list of cool things for the programmers.

Thanks. If it can be treated like the pre-reg codes on the Manage Pre-Registration Codes page, that would be extra cool.

I second Jason’s request! We often have staff (or other instances where payment is waived) after registration opens and I don’t want to pass around the link or refund fees.
