Here is a quick video on setting the map on the PS search functions. Or adjusting the map if your browser has lost your location.
This is using a desktop. Some phone browsers are more difficult to adjust due to screen sizes and Browser types. Be precise with your finger presses. 
Keep in mind some browsers could cache a bad location for you so clear your cache before changing your location.
