Add range waiver to registration page

How does one add a range waiver to a match registration page, then require the registrant to click a check box indicating they have read said waiver?

When you create/edit the registration form, there is an ‘Add Waiver’ check box in the ‘Form Info’ section. Check this box and add your waiver text. This will appear near the bottom of the registration form when participants register for the match.

Ah yeah. Got it. Was looking at the wrong section. Thanks for the help!

Hi, can an organizer add a link to the range waiver instead of providing the text into the Waiver Info text box?

@Matias_Silva
You can add a link but it will be plain text and not clickable.
There would also be no validation of the date and time stamp being a valid acceptance of the waiver nor could you guarantee that anyone accepted your off site waiver.

Hi thank you for your response but your comments are inaccurate. We have a private club, and while matches at our range are open to non-members to shoot, everyone, needs to sign our online range waiver in order to shoot and to be legally binding. We enforce this and verify everyone before the match on our range property. A simple checkbox on practiscore site is not a valid signature of acceptance.

Secondly, checking a checkbox on Practiscore is not enforceable. It would fail in court.

Please allow the practiscore users to click on a live link to the actual range/match waiver that a club uses.

@Matias_Silva
By registering you are accepting of the waiver terms. All registrations are dated and time stamped with that information available in the Approve/view downloadable spreadsheet.
Many private clubs use the system and are happy with it.
The waiver area is a plan text box and clickable hyperlinks are not available. The difference in clickable or copy and past is virtually nothing these days.
Possibly you may consider paper waivers at each match. Or a boilerplate waiver that each club member must physically sign at the beginning of each year? Surely you already have that?

As far as a club. I do not see that you are an owner or admin of any club on Practiscore.
