Account recovery, lost email

I am the match director of the “Clube de Tiro Desportivo e Caca Javali”, but I can’t access the club’s account. The access to the registered email has been lost, and there is no way to recover it. Is there any way to recover the account without having access to the registered email? Or is it possible to delete the existing account to create a new one? Thank you.
