Cannot save changes to Registration form

We’re trying to add some fields to our April match registration form. I do not believe this match or registration form was created via cloning.

Whenever we click “Save” after adding the fields and removing the member number field, no changes are saved and the form reverts to the previous, incomplete iteration.

Edit: We ended up deciding to delete all the matches and re-create. It would be awesome if PractiScore offered Template functionality for Matches and Registration forms
