Probably not retrospectively… unless you can convince your MD to resubmit match results after updating your information.
For future matches you can ask your match director to enter your email address that matches your profile here.
Also, instead of online profile you could use the PractiScore Competitor app, search matches by your name, email or membership number and download for offline viewing.
