When a person withdraws after payment using Stripe, it used to say “paid with Stripe” and “Withdrew”. So then I would go in and process all refunds. Now when the withdraw is processed, the “paid with stripe” is missing so I can’t tell if the person is due a refund. This becomes important when you have a large number waitlist people and some withdraw.

We would need to know what match in particular you are talking about. and which shooter is acting this way. If you’ve already made changes to it we would need to know that. Are you not removing shooters after your withdraw them and refund them?
Us having all the info and what has been done is the only way we can help.
I just tried again with a new match and got the same results:
Club: PMRPC IDPA
Match: PMRPC IDPA May 2026
I registered 1 user and paid with Stripe - Dashboard shows Paid with Stripe
I then requested to withdraw from the match
Then I withdrew the user from the Match Dashboard - the new shows withdrew but the Paid with Stripe is missing.
If I look at all users, it doesn’t show the paid status.
I did not refund the user because I wanted you to be able to look.
You can also tell that the user paid with stripe because there is a refund option on the drop down. For people that haven’t there is no refund option. The webmaster will be looking at this in the next day or so. Do you not immediately refund them as soon as you withdraw them? Do you not also delete them from the match after refunding?. I’m very interested if you guys are cloning all these matches?
While we do clone some matches, I discovered this on a new match. Normally I will withdraw the user from the dashboard and then go to the Registered User page to refund them. Then I remove them. In this case, I had 3 or 4 withdraws to process and then went to the Registered User page to refund them. But 1 was a waitlisted person and i forgot who. It used to still show the paid with stripe even after a withdraw, but that feature is missing now.
It would be nice if we could refund from the Dashboard, but that doesn’t seem to work. You can try it on the member I put in this match. It will not refund.
While not cloned, we do create our matches early. I didn’t know that could cause problems, and will have to be more careful in the future.
