The box is checked in the Match page - 2022 Georgia State IDPA Championship - but will not allow anyone to Waitlist once I closed the match. Only solution was to make the match look full and leave it open, but then people can change other items in registration that have to be locked in for awards, lunches, etc…

The wait list only works when the match is open. There is not a way to leave the match open and lock down registered shooters management links. I would suggest notating no changes in the match details with a drop dead date.
Then on that date pull the csv file from the approve/view shooters list to use as a reference.
