We can not sync scores from a match this weekend on Practiscore2. We have been using practiscore2 for a couple of month with no issues. This week we can not sync scores to an ipad or Kindle Fire 7 (one year old).

The first thing I want to let you know is the best way to get support when you have problems syncing or posting of scores is to email your request to support@practiscore.com.
It’s much easier for everybody from customer support,to the app developers, to the webmaster to track and follow your problems that way.
The thing that the 2.0 app developer will need is to know exactly which tablets and possibly their operating systems you are using. He will also need to know exactly what version of the app is on all of the tablets. He’s also most likely going to want to see the match files from each of the tablets that will not work together or at least two of them.
Have any changes been made since the last time you used the tablets when they were working properly?
The best thing to do would be to send all of that information in an email to support so we can track it.

@Larry_Harris the issue is addressed in the last app update 2.1.11+77, but of course Apple hasn’t approved that update yet for the app store. So, you are running different app versions between your Android and Apple devices.
If you contact the support email as it is recommended in the About section in the app we could hook you up for an earlier TestFlight app updates for Apple.
Also, generally it is a good idea to have automatic app updates disabled so, you could make sure all your devices are on the same app version. Just don’t forget to update them manually.
