We’re hosting a Stop the Bleed class at my club in about a month and are conducting registration and payment via PractiScore.
When I go to configure the event, I get the following error: “This club is not set up to take online payments. Click [here]) to adjust your payment settings.”
However, I know for a fact that our club IS set up for payments and confirmed it through the link this morning.
When users go to register, they are prompted to submit their payment, which I’ve verified that Stripe is collecting.
However, when I approve users, they get a message saying that the club isn’t set up for payment online, despite the fact that the club has already accepted their money.
Edited to add: When you mouse over the tool tip by the payment section, it indicates that this is a downpayment, despite that option being set to FALSE on the match setup.
