Stripe Blocked Payments

I just logged into Stripe to check something unrelated, but I found that Stripe has blocked a number of payments this year for "cvc_check: = ‘fail’ ". I will touch base with Stripe about this, but the alarming part is that Practiscore.com is showing all of these shooters as paid. Several were for a recently completed major match.

Why are they shown as paid? How do I set up alerts for this? Will I have to just check Stripe every week? How do I process a new payment without withdrawing the shooter from the match?

If shooters have entered in the wrong CVC code, they won’t be able to register for a match until they correct their card information. If you pull your stripe payment information for that match, you should see the one that says “blocked” and the one that says “succeeded” for payment to actually go through.
