Scores page is “grayed out“

The pages listing scores at a recent match have some sort of gray overlay or shading that makes them difficult to read. See the following;

Hello,
I would suggest you look at your browser settings because everything is popping up normal here.
Is your browser not showing this as we see it?

My settings for the page (not for my browser in general) were for Dark mode, which I never use. When I selected Light, the page appeared much like the example you showed. Go figure!

We are having this same issue… Grayed out “overlay” on the Match Results page of recently uploaded matchs. I thought it might my browser settings as you stated, or possibly an issue with uploading from my tablet, but that does not seem to be the case.

We are having this problem with the last 2 matches uploaded by 2 different match directors, from 2 different tablets at 2 different times. (Check the last 2 matches in the Piru Precision Rifle club, and/or SoCal Long Range Club.) The results have been claimed by both clubs since we are affiliated, and are showing up the same on both. If you look at previous matches in either club, say prior to February, they look fine. So this is not a browser settings issue.

Please advise…

More info like how were the matches created? Were they cloned? What versions of the app are on the tablets. etc.

Each match was created in practiscore and entrants were uploaded to the tablets from the website in the same manner as all previous matches.

@Tony_Luna @William_Nolan as it is already noted above, there is a glitch with results view when your system is set to the dark mode and your web browser is set to follow the system settings.

We’ll look at properly resolving it either on the website or in the apps. In the meantime you can switch your system to the light mode to see these results.

I understand that I can use Light Mode to view the results, but why is it when I look at previous match results prior to February 2026 (in Dark Mode with out changing any settings) they come up fine?

@Tony_Luna it is a glitch. We’ll look at it. For the time being you can use a workaround.

Mine is the opposite. Dark mode will display the results fine. Light mode is greyed out as everyone notes. I find no option for safari, on ipad with latest os, for it to follow a system setting.

The web team is looking at this. Though you can also specify what page theme color you have enabled on the PractiScore website. The little settings button at the top right.
