This has happened for two separate matches, hosted by two separate clubs. When the club posts their scores, the corresponding match is not shown on my profile in the list of completed matches. I have done many matches beforehand without the same issue. Has this happened for anyone else?
Did you use your Practiscore affiliated email when registering?
If so, you can ask your Match Directors to double check that it is correct and reupload the scores with a corrected email if it is not. If the email is correct, please let us know and we’ll have a look.
If you did not, you can either add the used email to your Additional Emails (found in your settings) or ask your Match Directors to fix it and reupload the matches.
