So I set up Stripe for my event. I have 6 teams that show paid with stripe on the page. But none of the money has shown into the stripe acct page. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours with no help. I emailed them today with all the receipt numbers of the missing money. Has anyone ever delt with this before?
I forgot to say these teams have signed up more then 1 month ago.
