Hi, I recently merged my practiscore account as I had two practiscore accounts by accident. I added my old email as an additional email and logged into the secondary account that I no longer wanted to use and deleted the account. I am still missing one match that did not merge over so I’d like to know how to get that match back onto my match history.

The match I have missing is the 2024 US IPSC Handgun Nationals.

This is the standard info. It is not surprising after an email change.
Having your matches track to your dashboard is not a guarantee. The link can be broken by the match director doing a few things before posting of the match. It can also happen if you did not register online and registered at the match, if your email was not done correctly it will not link. Or if you have changed your email in the system. It works most of the time but it’s not guaranteed to work every single time in every single situation. You might check with your match director and ask them to double check your email in the master tablet and then repost the results.
Luckily, you can always use the search function under the scores tab to find your match results.
