Mismatch between mobile app and desktop/laptop info

Not sure if this is the right forum, couldn’t find a similar question. The profile info for me on my phone using the mobile app has all my correct info. However, when I use my laptop the info is a year old. this includes results, profile info and emails/messages. Any guidance would be helpful.

here I am logged in as you on my desktop.
Everything is current.
I suggest you clear your data and browser cache then re log in.
