We’re about to start our second season using the Practiscore membership system.
It looks like anyone we imported when we setup last year has no practiscore membership number. I think that’s what’s causing the “You have been removed from this club. Re-apply only if you feel this was a mistake.” error to display for users on our main page.
For example, I’m one of the club admins, I see that error, but I can see myself in the membership list without a membership number. My record has custom notes indicating my past membership number from our old system, but no practiscore membership.
I just “reapplied” for membership, and now I have two records in our membership system, my original row without the practiscore membership number and a new row that does have one.
Looks like the original CSV import wasn’t coded to apply a membership number. How can I sync up all 400+ members so they have a membership number and not lose our notes?
