How do I make matches populate under the Match Search Tab. As well as make them searchable within that screen?

Are you a club manager creating matches? Just creating the match will make it searchable 
I am a Match Administrator to a match which has been setup for years at this point. Having trouble when searching under the 3 Gun, the matches aren’t showing in the search results.

What is the name of the match? I can have a look.
If you are cloning the match, that may be what causes the issue as well.
Thurmont Conservation and Sportsmans Club 3 Gun Events or Home | PractiScore and yes i did clone the match as it is a reoccurring monthly match.

Your club and matches are searchable via the geo locator.
Here is a screenshot of your club and one of your August match.
You match doesn’t search up high on the text list because you are choosing to use Initials for the match name instead of the actual club name. I suggest using the club name so it search’s better and shooters “in the know” about the initials can find the matches.
