How to "de-staff" a shooter?

I have a competitor who originally was Approved As Staff. They are no longer staff. I cannot find a way to un-mark them as staff. I don’t want them getting staff-oriented communication.

When I click on the “Paid: STAFF” onder their name in the APprove/View Shooters page, it doesn’t do anything. I was expecting that to allow me to toggle their Staff and Payment flags, but nothing comes up.

Is this possible? Or do I need to remove their registration and enter it again?

Hi Alex,
It’s not possible to unstaff or uncomp a shooter. You have to withdraw or delete them and then have them re-enter themselves and pay if that’s the case or you can enter them in in your own window through “add a shooter”.
