How do I leave a club, as a member? Nothing wrong with the club, but I moved halfway across the country. I am joining a new club.

If you are talking about a club you “Follow” then you go to the club page and click the button to unfollow.
If you are talking about a club you paid to be a member of then you should reach out to them to have them remove you from the club database.
