Tried to register for June IDPA PMRPC, register button not working? Tried all different browsers, chrome, explorer, firefox

Attached is a screenshot of the registration page for this match. Everything is as it should be and the registration button works.
Have you filled in all the “Required” boxes?
Have you tried clearing the cache of you device?
What type of device are you using to register? Cell phones can be problematic if the cache is not refreshing.
