Our club requires me to approve club members first, and then allow non-members in after a few days. I dont see any way to sort shooters by a custom field, and dont see this info on the approve shooters page either. Is there any way we can easily identify and approve club members? Our match typically has over 130 registrations within the first day and looking at every individual can be very time consuming.

You could add a question box, Club Member; yes/no. But its not going to align them or make them sortable in the approve/view section.
I suppose you could make the match private and share to reg link to all the club members for x amount of days before you make the match public.
There is no automated way to make the match available to one group of people and not others, or sort on group from others.
