Approval and payment

I have shooters that were wait listed for The Kansas City Tactical Games Skirmish, I approved them and they state they can’t pay. What am I doing wrong or need to change to make it so they can pay? I already have a Stripe Account set up.

So did you get this squared away? resend the match link to all the shooters who are approved but not paid?
You are set up to NOT require payment at registration…That’s your primary issue. You have to go back and manage all shooters who do not pay.
